THY House

A respectful reinterpretation. Originally built in the 1960s, this row-house in Tel Aviv’s Green Neighborhood carried the quiet rhythm of silicate bricks and exposed concrete beams—elements that nearly vanished with time. The design intention was clear: preserve the essence while introducing a contemporary layer. Concrete beams and brick cladding return here in a modern adaptation, with proportions held steady to echo the original row.

The backyard view, captured at night, reveals another side of the story—an intimate atmosphere where light and shadow elevate the architecture’s presence.

Now spanning three floors with a new basement, elevator, and a pool with a movable floor system, the house balances memory and modernity—an atmosphere both timeless and alive.
